How long does order processing take?
Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed. Your order will be shipped once processing has been completed at that time you'll receive an email confirmation. You can expect to receive your order 2-5 business days AFTER it has been processed.
Are your Extensions 100% Virgin?
Yes, we offer 100 % virgin, Brazilian hair. its the highest quality with no shedding.
How many bundles are recommended for styling?
Depending on the desired look your trying to achieve. for a full look 3 bundles is usually required for hair up to 18 inches. lengths over 20 inches we recommend at least 3 bundles or more bundles.
How long does Jmonae Collections Extensions last?
Jmonae Extensions can last for more than one year depending on the proper care and up keep maintenance. Co-wash hair with non-sulfate shampoos and conditioners.
Can I make changes to an order?
